My next topic on raw foods is Raw foods and weight loss. Should I eat raw foods to lose weight?' and the answer is 'Absolutely'. And there are a few reasons for this, why raw foods are so conducive to weight loss. There is raw foods have a high water content in their natural form There is lots of water already natural in raw foods. When you cook foods often the water content is taken out of it So you get depleted. So water makes you feel full, zero calories. Raw foods are often much less calories than in their condensed cooked food state. That's number one. Number two is that they have lots of fiber. Fiber is great for filling you up quickly it's known to be great for the digestive process and for speeding up the time that food goes through the digestive process so fiber is very very healthy and it's also very very beneficial for weight loss. The next one is high nutrition. You get a lot of nutrition in raw foods so therefore you don't feel you don't feel depleted often people are looking for food looking to fill up because they don't have the nutrition that their body needs to work and so you're always craving something You are craving more. Now you are getting the nutriition so you feel more satiated. So high nutrition, it's healing it's beneficial and it's going to really help support your weight loss. And the next one is enzymes. Raw foods are loaded with enzymes and the enzymes are the energy your body uses for every metabolic process, for every action that you take. Everytime you move you are using enzymes. The raw foods are loaded with their own enzymes which help you digest them properly. and you don't need to use your store, which again makes you feel tired makes you feel empty. and then which leads to you eating more and more and so you get satiated much quicker with less food and the food generally has a lot less calories and is more nutritious so it's bonus bonus bonus across the board and you will find yourself coming right down into your natural weight, um i've also been asked is raw foods are good for gaining weight, and if you are underweight, yes. That's the whole thing with raw foods It's part of the natural process that we come to our ideal weight. With raw foods you eat an apple and it just metabolizes in your body perfectly to bring you where you need to be as long as you're getting enough calories. You need to make sure you are getting a lot of raw foods, more than you are used to with cooked foods. You get a lot of calories because The food goes through you quickly and I have seen people lose too much weight but if you're will come to your ideal weight, and and it's great, and be healthy So enjoy!
