I’ve been talking all month about different types of detoxes and why to do cleanse all like that stuff. Now so far, I’ve focus on the incoming of a detox, so what were eating as well what you’re avoiding. Now people often get symptoms when their doing a detox and this would be things like headaches, fatigue, nausea - just stuff like that. If your doing a fast, you’ll want to do a fiber after and this is one the reason are fast not always the best choices because they have no fiber they can’t get the stuff out off you unless you do other things, such as colon hydrotherapy is the common choice when you’re doing a fast. That’s were you actually get water put up your colon and then it flushes the waste out. Doesn’t sound very fun, it doesn’t feel very comfortable but it can be very-very effective. Phil and I have done one and the only thing about colon hydrotherapy is that you have to go back and do it several times like eight or nine or tine times in order for it to have a full of effect. So it does good pretty praise you after a while. Some other things to do why you’re detoxing would be to get some probiotics, so while your cleansing your whole system it’s a great time to make sure that your repopulating the population of healthy bacteria in your colon. There are probiotic pills but a prefer a drink form – I’ll see if I can post a link of the product that Phil and I like, some probiotic drink very nice. Some other things to do while you’re detoxing would be exercise. Now this is something to do when you’re doing a simple cleansing diet, if you’re doing a fast you’re probably not going to want an exercise because you’re energy going to be super low. But if you’re doing a simple cleansing diet exercise is really important during the cleanse as well just a healthy lifestyle, but specifically exercise helps you’re living lymphatic system that’s a system collects toxins and then releases it to the kidney’s and livers to get taken out off your body. So exercise crucial for the living lymphatic system to cleanse the body. And the another interesting thing is skin brushing, if any of you heard of this its pretty fun you, get the soft bristle brush and you just brush your skin. The skin is the system of elimination as well the size should go largest one when you compare it to your kidneys, colon or whatever. Your skin is actually the largest, and if you just brush lightly on your skin with this soft brush it helps yours skin to eliminate toxins and it just over all makes your skin nice and healthy.
