Hi this is Gary day 30 week 5 of my Alternate Day Fasting. I weighed in at 79 Kilos that is because previous day was a normal eating day my weight increased. Today I will be fasting throughout without food or drink. I did not eat or have food or protein drink I did a complete fast I went to the gym and did 2 hours of walking. So I had steady exercise throughout the day towards achieving my intermittent fasting weight loss goal. Thanks for tuning in!
