Alternate Day Diet (ADF) by Gary who is determined to Learn How To Lose Weight Fast Using Intermittent Fasting this is day 23 of my alternate day fasting fasting and I am 79.8KGS. I broken through 80 kilo mark. This is quite encouraging and I am on my way to loosing 5 kilos that after three weeks-I am very happy about that. My modes or energy levels are... Doing well coping with the normal eating days. I have listed here 4 benefits, real ones that I did not expect. My energy levels are quite high I am not getting tired until 2.am in the morning although I must emphasize more on getting sleep I just don't don't get tired at night, the unexpected benefit is mental clarity I really feel I am more focused on my work, I am thinking more clearly, more efficiency, on my normal eating day as we are approaching Christmas I can attend office parties and eat freely. I am quite sensitive as I eat slowly and very sensitive with what I am eating and I am more relaxed because I am keeping a comprehensive diary of this exercise. I feel I don't need to count calories. Where i need to be strict is on my fasting days. Not my normal eating day. So the good thing to sum up this is my 5th consecutive weight loss and I am loosing weight consecutively and its also encouraging. Thank you for listening to my intermittent fasting diet story.
