Alternate day fasting is quite significant as I have proved in my previous takes where I have shown you how I have lost weight for 6 days consecutively. Anyway because of the day before where I had complete water fast. I did not eat anything at all but I drunk a lot and had one coffee , black coffee and I kept drinking. I went to the gym done some spinning, normal walking 20K steps I managed to make through it without eating. What I am focusing on is to be more focused on my fasting day and relax on my normal eating days. So I'll be weighing tomorrow after fasting the whole day.
