Hello and welcome to HowToExpo.com My name is Vera Today I'm making a dip mix called Hummus Olive Dip This Olive Dip is far from the traditional Hummus but none the less very tasty. In a food processor add 15 ounces of Chickpeas. I've already drained the chickpeas. add half a cup of pitted Kalamata Olives, about 3 cloves of roasted garlic, you can find how to roast garlic instruction on our site. 1 teaspoon of Paprika half a teaspoon of cumin, quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil mix all this together until it becomes a pure, push down if necessary, and if you feel like there isn't enough liquid add a little bit of olive oil or some water. Nice smooth consistency the reason I didn't add any salt is because the kalamata olives I used were salty. just season to taste serve the hummus olive dip with pita chips.
