Now, if this is a new concept for you, it's one definitely worth integrating into your system, because eating clean, is probably the best philosophy that you can have on how to eat healthily, so eating clean basically means getting rid of all the different toxins, and garbage that's in the foods that we eat, particularly the processed foods, so chemicals, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, flavoring additives like MSG. Certainly, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated fats, sucralose, aspartame. All these things that are added to our food, that help make, essentially make the food industry more money, and help make us or hurt us, and make us less healthy, so cleaning up your diet by getting rid of all those, is actually easy to do, if you stick to whole foods, and you stop shopping in the middle of the grocery store, so much, so just looking at all your whole foods, your fruits, your vegetables, your nuts, your seeds, your healthy proteins, and your fats.
