Makeover Tips & Advice iet Tips for Makeovers

So in Hollywood, obviously, everybody likes to maintain their figure. And the way to do that is with diet and exercise. We're going to talk about diet right now. This is what to have, and what not to have in your cabinets and refrigerator to keep you healthy and slim. So first we're going to do with, we're going to talk about, with the foods not to eat. Okay, so I have Tostitos, a big no-no. Chips are very fattening, so you want to get those out of your pantry, cause I'm sure everybody has chips in their pantry. Diet Coke is caffeine, and we all know caffeine is bad for you. So I have two forms of caffeine, Starbucks, which I'm sure everybody loves in Hollywood, this is a no-no, and this is a no-no. So we're going to get rid of both of those. Then we have cookies. Now even though they say fat free they are still loaded with sugar. And they are going to actually slow down your metabolism, because sugar stored is fat. So we want to get rid of that. Then carbs are good, some carbs are good, but this is a bagel and this is going to give you about three hundred calories right off the bat. So it's a carb that's going to make you full in the morning so you might not want to carry that around all day. So instead of carbs we're going to go to something better, which is going to be cereal, which leads me into what to eat in your diet. Now this is strawberry yogurt o's but they're whole grain. So if you're going to have something that's carbohydrate make sure it's whole grain. And this will also jump start your day cause it has a little bit of sugar in it. A great, great snack is soup. Now a lot of people don't like to eat soup in California because it's hot, but this is great. You can serve it cold or hot and it has some chicken in it to give you protein which is what you need. Then, always fruits and vegetables, I have little tangerine oranges that you can put in your purse and take with you on the go, instead of having, you know a cookie or cake you have oranges. Yogurt is also a fabulous on the go snack. I eat this in my car with a spoon; I always have one on me. Then at night instead of drinking coffee, we have decaffeinated green tea. Now green tea is an anti-oxidant. So it flushes everything out of your system and it's really good for you. Now mixed with this, you always want to drink a lot of water. Everything that you do, you should drink water at least two hours a day. So I know some people like to force water down, but trust me one of these every two hours will help you feel healthy and fit. And lastly for dinner you can make a wonderful egg white omelet. So instead of using the yolks which will give you high cholesterol, you use the egg whites and you put vegetables and all sorts of great stuff and make a big omelet. So those are my do's and don'ts of the diet. Get rid of everything that you think is fattening, and replace it with things that are good and healthy for you.
