In this clip, we're talking about how you can reduce cellulite, and I know that this is a big issue for most of us women out there, myself included, and especially when you're in a setting like this, such as Miami Beach, where you're wearing your bathing suit, and showing your legs off, so we definitely want to learn how to do that. I have personally been somewhat successful at reducing cellulite, and I'm proud and happy to share with you the tricks that I've learned. One of the most important things, is that you stay hydrated, and believe it or not, when you hydrate your body, the cellulite sort of fills in itself, so you have much smoother skin, which makes sense. Involved in staying hydrated, it means actually cutting out coffee, if you can. Coffee, I've found, is very much linked with cellulite, so the more coffee I drink, the more cellulite I develop, even in just a matter of a couple of days. Cut it out and the cellulite goes away, so that's a trick if you do drink coffee. Otherwise, make sure to cut out hydrogenated fats, which change your cells, and make them much more cellulitey.
