Recipes for a Macrobiotic Diet ating a Macrobiotic Meal



On behalf of Expert Village my name is Gale Stolove with Wholly Macro in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today we are going to talk about cooking the macrobiotic way. Now it feels really good to sit down to this gorgeous meal. I'm going to start with my miso soup one thing that we do in macrobiotics is we really focus on the eating instead of talking and watching television, reading, arguing you know discussing. We try just to eat quietly and reward or self with this beautiful food. We always start with the miso soup first and then we are going to do our main course and we garnish things we have sesame salt it is called gamotho and I'm going to grind these fresh sesame seeds. I wish you could smell the aroma of these fresh sesame seeds and you put that on then we have varies sea vegetables that we also put on as garnish. We start eating with the grains and our beans with our chop sticks. The vegetables and then when we are all done then we have our beautiful healthy low fat, low cholesterol dessert.
