Just a few more tips for those with Fibromyalgia. You may have to incorporate exercise every other day to allow the muscles to relax. A lot of times, the muscles are very sore and tired. Mine tend to not want to repair, so I have to allow that rest. Make sure that you eat well. Try to stay away from a lot of sugar because that makes the inflammation even stronger. And, you don't want that. Lots of fruits and vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds are very good. Your Omega Three's are very good because, it helps with those joints. And, the other thing is when you do begin an exercise program or before you begin one. Make sure you check with your doctor. These are just basic tips for those with Fibromyalgia that I have found out. But, go to your doctor. Have him clear you from that and make sure it's ok that you begin an exercise program. This will conclude what our session from today is on basic tips. We will add more. Maybe like Cherry Yoga. Hopefully, into the pool as it becomes warmer.
