
that's my before video so remember it... hopefully it will be gone in 100 days good morning everybody lets see what this final weigh in is going to be sorry I'm wobbly alrighty then that's not bad okay, remember this one? the original one? it was 333 okay, this one weighed in at 333 but we figured out that this was probably 5-10 pounds ...or 5-7 pounds off. so it was probably more like 340 these winding scales get more inaccurate whenever the heavier you are, so.. lets see what it says now hold still Steve so, its almost 230 so that's a frickin 100 pounds according to this scale you kidding me?! hello everybody its day 108 and i thought i would go over the raw numbers yes i got all dressed up for you thought we'd go over the raw numbers before we do the before after videos so, 108 days ago my goal and my plan was to lose 100 pounds in 100 days depending on how you want to look at it I feel like I've accomplished my goal, but it took 107 days reason being, was when I weighed in with the black scale it said 333 pounds but we found out that by piling weight on, and what not that it was about 5 pounds, 6 pounds off so its probably more close to 340 pounds...so.. the digital scale said I was 236.8 so... if we're gonna say "330 pounds" was the actual weigh in that's 96.2 pounds...so... I really feel like it was about 5 pounds off.. so.. now.. if you look at the black scale now it said 233... pretty close to 233 so that's 100 pounds, so the way i look at it, I've lost 100 pounds in 107 days so i never even believed that would be possible um...let's get to the other numbers here my neck when this began was 21 inches its now 16.5 i never thought my neck would be 16.5 ever again um... and this is a 17 inch neck shirt i am wearing um... my chest was 57 inches it's now 45.5 my stomach was 59 inches, it is now 44 uh..my arms were 18 unfortunately now though, they're now 14.5 too much cardio and not enough weight lifting uh the last few days uh... my waist was 51 when I started its now a 40 that's 11 inches right there on my waist 15 inches on my stomach and my thighs went up a little bit from last time on day 90 um... I guess from hitting the elliptical over there uh... they were 29.5 when I started they are now 22.5 that is a total of 52.5 inches lost...so.. you guys tell me, do I look how do I look? do you like the new haircut? so...now a lot of you are clammering for a dance video and I mentioned I'd do a dance video and I was joking around with my roomate i was going to go...I was going to say "I'm not going to do a dance video until like, I'm going to tell them they got do 107 'dance, monkey, dance' comments" but i'm not going to be a tool and do that...but uh..you could put "dance, monkey, dance' if you want to, I think it would just be funny but..um... this has been awesome! you guys are awesome! ..um.. but you're probably wanting to see a before and after video and I'm working on before and after pictures I won't have them in this video, but.. uh...so let's take a look at Steve before... no.. actually... wait.. let's look at Steve's suit that he can fit into the suit that i like to refer to as my digital self image from the Matrix first... them we'll then I'll show you where I'm at, then we'll do after, and then...or do before and then we'll do after so then I'll probably talk some more...so.. let's take a look at this suit. This... is my digital self image see....you can stay in the Matrix.. but you've got to take the red pill... or the green pill... if you take the red pill.. you stay in zombie land you keep being a meat-eating carnivore... you take the green pill you start eating vegetables and have your consciousness woken up so you can see the real world...(laughs)...anyways... so , yeah, this is my suit ... I have not worn this suit in 7 YEARS! so I love it... I don't have all the buttons buttoned , but they go all the way down...so it is a nice, long cool jacket so anyways, let's get to brass tacks here... so... I will put the before video up...in just a moment for you.. so ... yeah... Look at this!!... so... yes.. I shut the blinds or the curtains...I didn't want anyone looking in and seeing me so that was before, and this is after... so... do you see a difference?... now.. my neck was 21 inches okay my chest was 57 inches do you see this? 57 inches was my chest the stomach1 was 591 that should give you... uh..1 a little more help visually1 of where i'm at1 so1 anyways1 probably too close to the camera1 so there's your before and after... so..1 anyways, there you guys go.. it's the end of my fast... uh...1 it's day 1081 uh... i did juice all day1 I did eat a banana1 tomorrow morning I'll make a video and show you what I'm eating1 also... but...1 I just wanted to take a few minutes.. to thank..1 all you guys... you guys have been so awesome1 and encouraging1 and inspired me1 to keep going1 and i really appreciate it, i mean i can't thank everybody individually1 uh... because there is just so many of you guys, I mean1 I can start rambling off names but i don't want to offend somebody and leave somebody out1 but I mean..1 it's just been wild1 it really has... Bobby,1 April, Cathy,1 Susan1 Rick,1 Rick,1 Tink,1 uh...1 Gary,...uh..1 Wayne, ...I mean there's just so many people1 and such a wide variety of people1 people from New Zealand,1 Ali, from uh...Saudia Arabia1 uh...1 Susan, she's a belly dancer... i mean its just crazy how many people1 you know you guys have all been awesome and I really appreciate it ...uh...1 i am going to make a celebration, dancing type video1 uh... kind of looking back on the1 fast1 some of the highlights and uh...1 with some dancing in there... I'm kind of going to reinact something... think Tom Cruise...so..1 but you guys have all been awesome1 so1 I'm not done...I'm just getting started1 the next challenge1 is going to be.. and I'm to take a break for about 10-15 days..no, I'm not going to eat1 cheeseburgers , I'm just going to not have to worry about what I'm eating1 going to still do raw foods...1 and juice... I'm still going to juice1 but the next challenge1 is to prove1 by eating a plant based diet1 and juice1 that you can get ripped1 and gain muscle mass..and1 finish my transformation1 in like ...90-100 days1 that's my next challenge1 I'll be starting it1 in about 10-20 days .. I've got the traveling to Stephensville to go1 but that's my next challenge1 raw foods and juice1 ONLY...1 gain muscle mass1 get ripped and... and look1 like1 a raw food hero1 so1 that's the next challenge... I've got to get released from the doctor first1 so....but... um..1 It's going to be awesome1 and I can't... I can't wait to do it... um..1 because this1 yeah, it was difficult ...it was tough at times, I've got to tell you and the last couple days have1 been really tough1 um...1 but you guys been awesome1 uh... it's been an amazing experience1 and you know, I'm just starting, it's only been 108 frickin days... 108 frickin days!1 Look what I've achieved!1 Oh, and my blood pressure was 127 over1 651 when I checked it at "Wally World" and1 used their little thing in there..so..1 because I don't trust the one that goes on my wrist anymore...but..1 you guys have been great... so... i really appreciate it... this isn't the end... so1 please hit the 'like' button... comment1 comment away!..so..1 I'll uh...1 I'll show you guys what I eat tomorrow1 so1 probably going to eat twice tomorrow..1 thank you ALL!
