Now as an athlete myself, I found out that early on one of the best ways to lose weight and maintain my weight loss was through weight training. So actually believe it or not, lifting weights every day or every couple of days to build your body mass actually increases your lean muscle mass. The more lean muscle mass you have on your skeletal system, the higher your metabolism is, so it's a very easy way to maintain your weight loss. Other things that I found incredibly helpful for myself again are if you're having cravings, to think about a supplement such as Crave Arrest or something else that helps improve your neurotransmitter levels.
