
Good morning, My name is Judy Loganeski and I am going to help you make some oatmeal this morning. What you need to start with is a big deep bowl so it doesn't boil over in the microwave. You need artificial sweetner what ever kind you like. A quarter teaspoon of cinnamon , a quarter cup of whole grain oats, milk to your taste, a cup of water and then we can begin. We start the process with putting one half cup of water in the blow add the sweetner quarter teaspoon of cinnamon and a quarter cup of oats mix it around with a teaspoon and you add addition quarter cup of water stir it around. Microwave it for 3 minutes Now while it's cooking I thought I give you some of the benefits of oatmeal. Oatmeal is a great way to control your weight, an example of another way to use oatmeal other than for breakfast is in the Joan Bars. It's a great nutritious snack, it has whole grain oats and protein which helps you get through the day. It helps with your energy level. I am off to play tennis soon, so the oatmeal gives me a boost plus it helps me controls my weight , makes me feel full, makes me play better. And it a grat source of energy. The oalmeals ready let's take it out. Now we can add a little milk. to cool it down a little. And some people like oatmeal you know a little creamy, other's a little thicker, it's a matter of your own taste Ok, also add bannas, blueberries, granberries walnuts, you know whatever you enjoy eating your oatmeal with.
