Hi I am Dr Shikha Sharma and today we will be talking about what are the popular and practical fat burning foods which are available very easily. So my number one choice would be guggul. Now guggul is fat burning because specifically in Ayurveda it is used for reducing the body fat. Now guggul can be taken as meduhar guggul which is basically for obesity for fat and or it could be taken as plain guggul in which you can take two tablets in the morning and two tablets in the evening with lukewarm water. Another fat burning food which is very simple is triphala. We all know triphala is made from "harad", "behar", and "amla" and... so half a teaspoon of triphala with lukewarm water in the morning and half a tea spoon of triphala powder with lukewarm water in the evening... twice a day if you take regularly for about say eight weeks you will see a big difference in your self in your inch loss... and it is one of the top fat burning foods. Third thing which is fat burning is also a combination of ginger and lemon. So what you can do is in the morning when you get up you boil ginger root in water till the time say one glass of water reduces to half a glass of water or two cups of water reduces to one cup of water. Once its nice and piping hot squeeze a little bit of lemon juice or nimbu in it. So about eight drops of ten drops of nimbu is sufficient and drink this kind of a decoction twice a day. So this is also excellent not only for losing fat it is also very good for cleansing your lever and getting a nice complexion. So people who are used to eating a lot of junk food I think this should be definitely taken during the winter season. Another fat burning food which is very healthy is like for example in fruits it is papaya. So papaya has sort of a scraping action or laxative action in the body. So if you take papaya and salads generally you will see that it will aid in weight loss it will aid in removing the fat from your body. Another thing which is very commonly used during weight loss is of course "kala chana". According to Ayurveda "kala chana" is excellent for diabetic control, sugar control. For obesity for fat loss and for giving strength to the muscles. So I am sure all three is something which are very useful to us. So "kala chana" you can take in sprout form or "kala chana" you can take as a "kala chana" like besan in a pancake form or you can take "kala chana" like "missi roti". But "kala chana" has a scraping action on the body. So it removes the fat and gets your body you know slimmer and lighter. Another thing which is good for weight loss is of course having vegetable juices. Because vegetable juices also have cleansing action on the lever. So vegetable juices like ginger, like beet root, like bottle gourd, like bitter gourd also. Little bit of "karela" powder added to your vegetable juice will also help you to lose fat. So there are several ways to actually knock off the fat. You can start with any one of them and then do write in to us we will be looking forward to receiving your e-mails.
