What to eat in a day to lose weight. I'm gonna tell you right now. Hello there, it' s Nichole Kellerman here, founder and creator of SuccessfulWeightLossSchool.com; where women go to stop dieting, reshape their bodies and feel wildly alive. Today I'm going to share with you what I eat on a regular basis. This is the question that I'm asked all the time by my clients. So I just open up the curtains and give you the glimpse into my diet. Starting off in the morning, I always start off with some hot water and some lemon. Now only is this a great way to lose weight and a great weight loss technique but it's also a really healthy for your body. I then have a green juice. My green juice has had usually apples, lemon, carrot, cucumber, kale and some cilantro. It s my favorite juice. And just a little fair warning, it took me years to juice. I want it too. A part of me just really wanted to, a part of me just couldn't do it. So I don't want you to be discouraged by that. You can always start with some green smoothies and just start throwing off some spinach in there and things like that and then work for them. My body had tell me it was ready for some juicing (what to eat in a day to lose weight). From there, that doesn't have to do with caution but I always like to exercise and my exercise is not design from some rigid plan that I came up with. It's really an intuitive process. I just checkin' and see how I feel. If I wake up and I have a little anxiety and little stress out, I know I need juice something like yoga or just take the dogs and walk around and bring really myself back into this present moment so I can recalibrate and have the nice productive day. If I'm waking and have a lot of energy, then I do something a little more high intensity like plyometrics or a strength workout that even I designed, it's all in YouTube or a kickboxing and anything like that just gonna be motor up the energy and start on a good note. My workouts are no longer than 30 minutes. From there I have my breakfast. My breakfast is usually some oatmeal with berries and some peanut butter. I love that breakfast. I'm having that for years. It satisfies me and it's so good. Alright, so I am what you would call a grazer. I definitely eat every 3-4 hours. That s what works best for my body and I truly believe that's what works best for most human bodies but we know we all different and I totally get that. So about 3-4 hours later, I have a snack like a plain rice cake with some lemon juice and some avocado and some pepper. Sounds really odd but it's really, really good. About 2-3 hours later I will have lunch. My lunch will usually consist of grain like brown rice, beans to get some protein in there and either a salad or some steam brussel sprouts. So I just make sure that there's some nice balance in there. Okay, being a grazer I am, another 3-4 hours later, I'm gonna have another snack (what to eat in a day to lose weight). A snack could be a piece of fruit and some nuts, even a small bowl of cereal. I really like cereal. I'm not getting rid of it. It's not the healthiest but I choose healthy options, so a small bowl of cereal I usually have or maybe if I'm feeling a little bit lethargic I'll have some juice. I'll juice myself with some other juice and that will give me energy as well. And then another 2-3 hours later will be dinner time. I usually have a lean protein, so either has chicken or fish or shrimp. Sometimes I'll have a red meat and I'll just have the sides with either a sweet potato or some quinoa and then I'll eat some sort of vegetable like a salad or brussel sprouts or okra or something like that. And we add a lot of flavor into our meals so we don't feel like we are being restrictive of anything. It's still nourishing us. Okay so that s what I eat. It's not crazy, it's not restrictive. I feel super satisfied with that all. I feel really good. The big take a waste here is that I do drink water all throughout the day. I have a water bottle. I keep it right next to my desk cause I know how easy it is to lose focus there. I eat every 3-4 hours. It's just continuously kept my blood sugar stable and gives me energy. I highly suggest you do it and I tell all of my clients to do something similar. And then at night if I'm feeling like I want something sweets As you've always known if you watched me for a while, ice cream is my favorite one thing and I could not rid it out but I found a healthy alternative and I like it. 3/4 cups of plain (no sugar) Almond milk, a frozen banana, 2 ice cubes and a little spoonful of peanut butter, throw it on a blender, it's so good, thick and creamy just like ice cream. So if I'm really feeling sort of craving which doesn't happen a lot; maybe once or twice a week and I'll make that note. It's a healthier option than an ice cream. Alright, so there you have it. That's me in a nutshell. I hope that you got some value out of this and this is absolutely something that you could mimic for what you could eat to lose weight. (what to eat in a day to lose weight)
