Want to lose weight? WATCH (what foods make you thin)

Okey so today is the second part of our two part series on all fats are not created equal. So, in the last video I told you about the bad fats, so saturated fats more importantly Trans fats and how terrible those are for your body. So I really really hope that when you went into your grocery you turn the ingredients table and check the word hydrogenated and if its in their ditch it immediately. I'm telling you, you will going to be thanking if you do this. Because it is so bad for you. Remember we talked about HDL and LDL and how it is so bad for your cholesterol levels. And making sure from here on out when you're going out to the grocery store you don't buy hydrogenated, anything like it, especially peanut butter. Make sure you turn that over. Ideally, all you want in peanut butter is peanuts. So, today, we're going to be talking about good fats. And good fats are vital for your health. It's good for your skin. Hello, do you want a beautiful, shiny, luscious skin? It's good for your hair, nice and shiny hair. It's good for your brain function, it's good for your energy level. There's so many great components or there s so many great benefits of eating healthy fats. And I don't want this happen. I don t want to say maybe it was the late 70s or late 80s m not 100% sure, where we got this idea that fats make you fat. That's not really the case. Obviously, the bad fats are bad fuel. That is given. But fats are good for you. And I think they've revamped this. There's a diet out there that if you eat like some avocado or eat some nuts then it's detrimental to the diet. And I think they'd revamped their system where eating healthy fats now are not detrimental but there's this kind of idea that fats are bad fuel and that's they're not bad fuel. They really good fuel. There's actually another diet pill, we'll say 5 years ago, where it actually made you just- I don't know how exactly that works but all I know is that it didn't let you died actual fats. It didn't digest fats. It just basically pulls it out. People who are on this pill, they proved that they're kind of losing brain function. They were getting dumber. And I don't think it's on the market anymore because we must have fats in our body. It's so important. Okay in the comment section below, I want to hear from you.
