Today, we're doing an "A to your Q" segment where I answering your question. And today's question comes from Lisa and she writes, "My biggest problem is making and sticking with a commitment... I always find myself being dragged back to work at times by my old subconscious conditioning... which is SO OLD!!!" Oh, Lisa, Lisa, Lisa. My love, you are not alone at all. I get emails like this all the time as exactly what I want to talk about it. So Lisa, here is what I want you to know, you've got to stop making unrealistic promises to yourself. This is so often the case where we are shooting to aim from A to Z. We think we're gonna be all in, a 100% or we need to be down in the dark times, eating the cookies and not moving. Remember, weight loss is a day by day process. It's all about making those small little changes every single day that leads to big results. So this could be all so easy. All you have to do, every single week is make one goal for yourself. Your goal this week could be, "I'm going to walk outside 3 times." That's not really unrealistic. It's really easy to actually attain and once you attained that you start to build confidence in yourself. The broken promise is what really breaks down our self-esteem and make us feel like a loser and I don't want that for you. Remember day by day. So, Lisa, I am asking you right now and all of you watching. What can you do right now to make a small little step in the right track and direction? I know your intuition. Your body just told you something. Now you must act on it. That's what I've got for you Lisa. No more doing A to Z. No more planning this huge program. It's all about day by day, moment by moment.
